If you are running any type of pop-up blocker, allow pop-ups
for this site. If you do not allow pop-ups, the site will not
work properly.

Click on the link in the center of the page above where it says
"Click Here to Access Your WebMail".

Next, you will be prompted for your username and password. Please
use your email addresss (username@rowan.edu) as your username.
If your current password does not work, enter your Social Security
Number with no spaces as your password. Instructions for changing
your password are below.

Once you've logged in successfully, the Outlook Web Client will
appear. All of your email, folders, address books and calendar
information from GroupWise will have been imported into Outlook.
Your folders from Groupwise will appear when you expand (click
on the + sign) the Cabinet folder. All new mail arrives in your
inbox.

When you are finished using Outlook Webmail, be sure to log
off everytime using the log off button in the upper right-hand
corner of the application window and then close the browser
completely.
If you do not quit your browser software, the next user at your
computer may possibly be able to access your email. By closing
out the browser, you will prevent this from happening.
The
E-mail Server will not accept passwords less than 5
(five) characters long. If you have difficulty logging
in, or if you know your password is less than 5 characters long
you will need to go http://www.rowan.edu/password
and change your password.
On
the Rowan "Change your Password Page" Your password
for both email and logging into all of Rowan's network resources
will be changed and synched. In the fields provided, enter your
user name (not your email address - you only need to use your
email address to log into OWA), your current password, the password
you wish to change to, and the new password again (your new
password needs to be atleast 5 characters long). Finally, hit
submit and wait for the web site to confirm that your password
has been changed. Now you can use the new password to log onto
the Outlook Webmail system and network resources on Campus.
OWA
was developed for use with Internet Explorer 6. The features and
look of OWA are very different when using a browser other that
IE6. Please select the user guide for the browser that you are
using.
